Not only did she sell our property, she also helped us to buy a replacement home as well. Since our sale property was a vacation rental, Helen had to be very flexible in working around our tenants so as to minimize any lost rental income. On the purchase, we were very impressed with her creativity in crafting an offer with terms that assured we would get the property we wanted in an extremely competitive environment that included offers from 6 other potential buyers. She took extra time to walk us through each step of the selling and buying process and was always available to answer any questions we had. She sold our home at $20k over asking in 3 days! She also negotiated a great price and terms on an incredible new home for us. She consistently went above and beyond for us; she is a true advocate for her clients. Post sale, she continues to support us, from providing us electricians and landscapers, to simply checking in. This has been easier than I ever imagined. Working with Helen on our buy/sell deal was easier than I could have ever expected. She got us a $20k over asking offer in 3 days, and got us a contingent offer accepted on a new home. She was even able to negotiate repairs and credits on items in the home that I didn’t think were possible to get done. She provided a team of people who helped us every step of the way including financing, access to the property, electricians, landscapers, etc. Everything you could ever need is within her reach and she negotiates with your best interests as a constant priority. I highly recommend working with Helen!
