She handled our real estate transactions and sale of our home as streamlined as I have ever seen, not only that but she gave us her heart and soul making a lasting friendship out of it I will treasure forever. She brought in Beautiful props, making our home look beautiful!! like it was from a magazine cover. She at one point got down on her hands and knees helping us pull weeds and plants from our back yard while at the same time reassuring us our home was very sought after and could definitely bring in offers at the range or over of what we were looking for. I even felt so comfortable with Jeniffer that she wanted to watch our little Chihuahua to be able to show the house while we were at work and she did and it worked out perfectly. Jeniffer is a diamond in the ruff a needle in the haystack you couldn’t ask for a more genuine, trusting person in the world, and I appreciate that in today’s world. She was always dressed in perfect business attire and ready to talk to anyone interested in our home even if that meant 20 or 50 calls coming in a day. The Impact of what she did before and after the sale of our home will forever be remembered in mine and my husband’s hearts forever. Due to her professional approach to the selling of our home it was sold in 4 days and at well above our asking price. She took care of every little thing, making sure we understood everything and staying in constant contact with us through it all. We truly believe it was her 100%, (Jeniffer Rosa) and how she handled our complete transaction that made it all work out the best it possibly could have.
