    Xenia Diniz, pronounced Shen-ya, is an experienced real estate professional known for providing exceptional service and diligent representation to clients.     Xenia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing; additionally, she has obtained a Real Estate Certificate in Finance, Investment, and Development, from the University of San Diego, further enhancing her knowledge and skills in the real estate field.

    Throughout her career, Xenia has developed a strong proficiency in contract negotiation, technology implementation, procurement, and print and digital marketing strategies. Her specialization extends to corporate relocation services and operational procurement.

    Currently, Xenia serves as a Real Estate Investor Advisor at RE/MAX COASTAL, where she leverages her extensive industry experience to provide strategic guidance and personalized investment advice to clients. She is an active member of the National Apartment Association, Southern California Rental Housing Association, San Diego Association of Realtors, and the California Regional Multiple Listing Service.
