Before real estate, Claire was a financial analyst with one of the largest firms in the world. Her passion for complex negotiations and game theory is backed up by her Economics degree from Rice University.
As much as Claire loves numbers, she does her best to get to know her clients on a personal level to get them what they want in a tough market. By the end of a transaction, it is her goal to find a property that marries a great financial decision with a perfect living space.
During Claire’s career as a Realtor, she has found success as a Top Zillow Buyers Agent. She has put together a number of off-market transactions. Represented luxury buyers, first time home buyers, VA buyers, all cash buyers, second home buyers, and investors. Claire specializes in coastal properties along with her team lead Helen Spear.
