Lanette joined the real estate world as her two children approached the end of Middle School and second year of college. Raised in Des Moines, Iowa, she went on to earn an associate degree in business, then moved to Arizona and worked as an administrative assistant for a mortgage office in Scottsdale, which fueled her interest in the real estate field. Almost 20 years later, upon moving with her family to Coronado in 2010, she became an active volunteer in her community and in the schools. She also was actively involved in both PTA groups for elementary and high school, donating her time to help with fundraisers and chaperoning various events.
Lanette appreciates the numerous intangible benefits of life near the ocean with its unmatched weather, culture, and history. She understands the value of our city, its schools, and the neighborhood dynamics. Representing Coronado and nearby San Diego areas, Lanette’s creative, enthusiastic, and caring nature is perfect for matching each client’s desires as well as skillfully featuring a home’s unique presence and character. Her main intention is to understand her client’s needs and build a relationship that will last over the course of time.
Meeting new people and helping clients find the right house to call home is her passion and the reason she decided to go into the real estate field. Lanette prides herself on being a connector in Coronado, helping friends and clients meet one another and find commonalities to make personal bonds form a lifetime relationship.
In her free time, Lanette is busy doing F45 workouts, riding her Peloton, volunteering for a local advocacy organization and spending quality time with her family and dog at home.
